The candidate must submit their along with the necessary details. Please ensure that the AI pitch paragraph stays within 1000 words.

Receive Award

Thinkbots management will review your submission within seven (7) business days and will communicate the outcome of your application to the contact details you provided.

Artificial Intelligence Award Requirements and Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined in the award guidelines to be considered.
One Appeal Policy:
Candidates may submit only one appeal if they wish to challenge the initial decision. Multiple appeals will not be accepted.
Appeal Submission:
Appeals must be submitted via email to info@thinkbots.ai within 7 days of the decision announcement. Late appeals will not be considered.
Management Decision:
All decisions made by the management and the selection committee are final and binding.
Non-Challenge Clause:
Candidates cannot challenge the final decision of the appeal process in any forum or court.
Evaluation Transparency:
While candidates may request general feedback, specific scores or evaluations will not be disclosed.
Professional Conduct:
Any appeal or communication must be respectful and professional. Inappropriate behavior or language may lead to disqualification.
Confidentiality:
All award deliberations and decisions remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
No Refund Policy:
If any application fees were applicable, they are non-refundable regardless of the decision.
Award Withdrawal:
The organization reserves the right to withdraw the award if any form of misconduct, false information, or policy violation is discovered.
